This document describes in detail all the terms for using the tk133 platform, bonus policy, deposit and withdrawal procedures, and user responsibilities.

1 Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk133 platform and all its services. By registering on tk133 or using the site, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

- Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
- You must use a valid payment method registered in your own name (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).
- Citizens of countries where online betting is legally prohibited may not use this platform.
tk133 reserves the right to conduct a verification process at any time. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
3 Account Security & Password
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
3.1 Password Guidelines
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Change your password regularly and do not use the same password on multiple sites.
- If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Allowing anyone else to use, sell, or transfer your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules must be followed for deposits and withdrawals on tk133:
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tk133 currently supports only the following methods:
- bKash — Mobile Banking
- Nagad — Mobile Banking
- Rocket — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
5 Bonus & Promotion Policy
tk133 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, a specified amount of bets must be placed:
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can be claimed only once.
- Bonuses have a specific validity period — they will be cancelled upon expiry.
- Any attempt to abuse a bonus will result in account suspension and cancellation of the bonus.
- tk133 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6 Fair Play Policy

- No game outcome is predetermined or influenced by any external force.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk133 platform:
- Creating an account for a minor or assisting them in managing an account.

- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Closure by the Platform
- In the event of a serious breach of these Terms.
- On suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- If evidence of a false identity or false information is found.
- In the case of operating multiple accounts.
In the event of closure due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. The closure decision is final.
11 Limitation of Liability
tk133 is not responsible for the following:
- Game losses due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Natural disasters, unexpected server problems, or third-party technical failures.
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
- Financial losses resulting from gambling — this is entirely the user's responsibility.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions
tk133 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes:
